The Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) is the voluntary annual incentive programme for GP practices in England, rewarding achievement across clinical, public health, and population health indicators. This free estimator helps practice managers, GPs, and PCN teams forecast their QOF income for 2025/26 before the end-of-year reconciliation.
Enter your practice’s expected point achievement by domain and your registered list size to calculate your estimated QOF payment. The calculator applies the current national point value and Adjusted Population Prevalence (APCA) methodology used by NHS England.
QOF achievement data is submitted annually via the CQRS system. Use this tool for in-year planning and income forecasting. For confirmed payment figures, refer to your NHS England CQRS dashboard and the published QOF guidance at NHS England. This tool is maintained by orgcentral.app.
